Who
For all locally owned and operated businesses with under 25 employees that continue to be negatively impacted by the coronavirus pandemic.
What
A $250,000 grant program to support local small businesses. Each local business is eligible to receive up to $15,000 of matching grant funds, which can be used for The Riverdale Press's print, digital and direct mail products through February 7, 2021.
Applications will be accepted until December 13, 2020 or until maximum grant funding has been awarded. Businesses will be contacted within three business days of submitting their applications.
Why
Studies show that businesses that continue to market themselves during down times are the ones that fare the best long-term. This grant program will allow small businesses to continue promoting themselves and any new services they are offering during these unprecedented times.
- Every dollar that a grant recipient spends on marketing in Riverdale Press products will be matched with a dollar in grant funding, up to the award amount, to be applied towards marketing costs.

- Businesses must be locally owned and operated with 25 or fewer employess.
- Grants range from $500 to $15,000.
- Grants can be applied to any Riverdale Press marketing product or service through February 7, 2021.
- Grants applied to direct mail products are net of postage/mailing costs.
