Family anxiety
Anna Kirshblum, a licensed clinical social worker, will lead a workshop at the Riverdale YM-YWHA, located at 5625 Arlington Ave., from 2 to 3:30 p.m.
The workshop will focus on the strain put on family relationships by financial concerns.

Meet and greet
Friends of Van Cortlandt Park and the Bronx Council for Environmental Quality will host an annual meet and greet, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
The event will take place in the Monroe College Annex Building, located at 2426 Jerome Ave.
Appetizers and finger food will be served.

CPR class
Riverdale Neighborhood House, located at 5521 Mosholu Ave., will teach about infant/ child CPR and first aid at 7 p.m.
A registered nurse will teach participants how to handle lifethreatening emergencies, and members of the class will practice on mannequins. Participants will learn to understand and treat choking, nosebleeds, allergic reactions, seizures, bleeding, poisoning, head injuries and more. The instructor will also offer tips for keeping children safe in the bedroom and bathroom, as well as kitchen safety and choking prevention.
The class costs $75 per person or $135 per couple.
