Engineering ethics

The Bronx Chapter of the New York State Society of Professional Engineers and the Manhattan College School of Engineering will host a seminar on engineering ethics in the Scala Auditorium at Manhattan College, on the first floor of the Leo Engineering Building at 3825 Corlear Ave., at 7 p.m.

Professor Seamus Freyne of Manhattan College will lead the seminar with a review of the National Society of Professional Engineers Code of Ethics. Case studies and a discussion of contemporary issues will follow.

Light refreshments will be served at 6:30 p.m.

The Bronx Toastmasters Club will meet at Riverdale Neighborhood House, 5521 Mosholu Ave., at 7:30 p.m.
