WAVE HILL, West 249th Street and Independence Avenue, will host a book release and signing program for The Hudson Valley: A Cultural Guide, on Sunday, June 7, at 2 p.m. in Wave Hill House. Newly produced by the Alliance for the Arts, in honor of the 400th anniversary of Henry Hudson’s voyage up the river, this guide focuses on 500 places of contemporary cultural interest, from New York City to the Adirondacks. The afternoon will feature a slide presentation and discussion, to be followed by a book signing — with editor Randall Bourscheidt and writer and photographer Benjamin Swett — in the Wave Hill Shop. This event is free with paid admission to Wave Hill. For more information, call 718-549-3200.
