THE RIVERDALE -Yonkers Society for Ethical Culture, located at 4450 Fieldston Road, will host a series of yoga classes and workshops over the next two weeks. On Saturdays, June 13 and 20, local residents can take mixed-level Hatha classes from 9 to 10:30 a.m. or participate in Lyengar basics workshops from 2 to 3:45 p.m. Admission costs $20 for each Hatha class or $25 for each Lyengar workshop. THE BRONX Library Center, located at 310 E. Kingsbridge Road, will host the special program, Henry Hudson 400 Years Later, on Monday, June 15, at 6 p.m. This lecture, which will be presented by Bronx historian Gary Hermalyn, focuses on Henry Hudson’s journey to North America, his stop in the Bronx and his overall importance to exploration and history. PROPHET ELIAS Greek Orthodox Church, located at 15 Leroy Ave., in Yonkers, N.Y., will host its annual Greek Festival, on Friday, June 12, from 5 p.m. to midnight, Saturday, June 13, from noon to midnight, and on Sunday, June 14, from noon to 11 p.m. There will be traditional Greek food and pastries, games, Greek dancing, a flea market, nightly raffles, live music and more throughout the weekend.
