BERNIE’S NEW York presents “From Better to Best,” a public walking tour through the Sutton Place and Beekman Place neighborhoods of Manhattan’s Upper East Side, on Sunday, June 28, at 2 p.m. During the tour, participants will get to explore this pair of elegant enclaves, which are home to the rich and famous. Highlights include stops at the former homes of Irving Berlin, Greta Garbo and Rex Harrison, as well as interesting facts about the movie Dead End and more. The tour costs $15 per person and reservations are not required. Participants should meet at the northeast corner of East 59th Street and First Avenue. For more information, call 718-655-1883.
