Remember the good old days? When you could punch a man in the mouth for being disrespectful to women? Kimerling seems to have forgotten the good old days, but, he apparently lives in an extremely misogynistic mindset and culture that dismisses women abruptly and seeks to demean their worth. This guy, Kimerling, has himself listed as the Legal Shareholder of an apartment he hasn't occupied since 1996. I would venture to say, the woman he repeatedly insulted is a single woman with no husband otherwise Kimerling might be a bit more reserved in his opinion of a Shareholder Tenant - by way of INHERITING her parents apartment - who had valid claims. Ed Yaker isn't a legal Shareholder either. He took over his former Mother in Laws expansive two bedroom terraced apartment overlooking Van Cortlandt Park and recently had a fancy plate glass windows installed for his pleasure.

Again, 3/4 of the Board is in favor of changing Management and rightfully so! Majority of the contractors hired to work on the buildings were friends of General Manager and Convicted Fraudster/Felon Charles Zsebedics. I am still trying to figure out HOW the NYSHCR approved the hiring of a guy who had a history of taking BRIBES and KICKBACKS from vendors at the last Coop he managed in Rego Park! Unless, of course, the NYSHCR didn't vet the folks who applied for the job. Unless, of course, someone at the NYSHCR was given hush money. The manner in which the Amalgamated RIGGED the hiring of the new manager was to LOW BALL the initial offering salary and then, once the $100MILLION dollar loan was secured from the NATIONAL COOPERATIVE BANK, the salary of the Manager was nearly DOUBLED. Is anyone really surprised the Amalgamated Housing Corporation hired this guy? Building 13 received a "heated" sidewalk that had to be ripped up and fixed three times by contractors.

Gary Axelbank has been extremely vocal in trying desperately to hang on to the old way of doing things despite the fact Park Reservoir has NO CAPITAL RESERVES in the budget. The Shareholders do not need the EDUCATION DEPARTMENT (the fliers are killing trees and are costly and the information on the fliers is largely propaganda and BS), SECURITY (does not prevent crime, does not deter crime, does not stop crime), or any of the other services Axelbank declares are needed. Park Reservoir can organize their own clubs and activities. The Shareholders need asbestos free apartments, new pipes, new wiring and NEW MANAGEMENT. Assistant Manager Jennifer Rankin is just a thug in a dress who doesn't know how to speak properly to the people who pay her overinflated salary. Rankin moved her mother and her boyfriend into apartments in Building 10 which is now being emptied and tenants moved to better apartments at the expense of the Shareholders. Rankin's boyfriend is about to get an upgrade. Meanwhile, tenants who were forced to reside in mold contaminated leaky apartments had to move at their own expense and endure conditions for decades. These people - the 1/4 of the Board against new Management and the majority of the people who work in the office - have been exploiting the tax payer and Shareholders for a long, long time. RICO Statute is applicable. Hope the FEDS are paying attention.
