In other words his "wife", who isn't his legal wife, is on Section 8 because neither she nor her "husband" can't afford to pay rent but they can afford to have children. I'm sure his living there is illegal as she's getting the Section 8 voucher for her and children, not her, the kids and the deadbeat "husband".

However, landlords who do this should be required to LIVE there too. Seems only fair.
