@Schlomo: So let me understand this correctly. Are you saying that people of color don't have lower incomes in proportion to their white counterparts? There are endless studies that support the aforementioned comment. Therefore, it is a logical conclusion that people of color would be the ones on Section 8 and other handout programs. Why are these individuals withholding the rent instead of moving out?? They are not forced to stay there if the living conditions aren't agreeable. Let them go to the open market and pay like the rest of us instead of using our tax dollars for their own agenda.
