I find it laughable that many in Riverdale consider themselves liberal. Actually, it's hysterical. Not to mention hypocritical.

Those who reside in Riverdale must admit to themselves WHY they live "up the hill" as opposed to living along Broadway. Or Sedgwick Avenue. Or why many Riverdale residents moved there from areas of the Bronx and Manhattan. I know many who moved out (or rather ran out) of Inwood to Riverdale because let's face it - Inwood isn't safe and Riverdale is. Why is that? Well, there's a little immigration problem in Inwood and I'm not referring to the Irish. Seems too many who run for the ivory tower areas such as Riverdale forget this. They don't want their snowflakes to be accosted by someone a few shades darker than themselves nor do they want to be subjected to hood rats that don't work, teenage mothers, loud music at 3am, crime, filth and everything else that goes along with it.

Illegals are a problem in NYC and the rest of the country. This is a fact. Until Riverdale - and I'm referring to Riverdale Avenue and Fieldston - get their own taste of it, don't judge others and their opinions. Live it first.
