Lincoln 35, Clinton 0

The Governors lost their first game of the season Friday night in Brooklyn against the Railsplitters (7-1), and they were shut out for the first time since 2012. After allowing only 61 points in its first seven games, the Clinton defense allowed nearly 300 offensive yards and five touchdowns.

Still in strong position for home-field advantage in the early rounds of the playoffs, Clinton (7-1) will play host to Lehman (3-5) in its penultimate regular-season game at noon on Sunday.

Curtis 18, Kennedy Campus 0

Tyshawn Boykin made 11 tackles, including four sacks, and recovered a fumble, but the Knights (3-5) lost their fourth in a row on Friday night against the visiting Warriors (5-3). They will look to bounce back at home against Truman (1-7) at noon on Saturday.

Horace Mann 14, Riverdale Country 6

The Lions remained undefeated (7-0) with a hard-fought win over the rival Falcons (2-6) on Saturday. They will try to complete a perfect season this Saturday, when they play host to Fieldston (5-2) at 1 p.m.

King (Conn.) 34

Henry Miller threw three touchdown passes to Jake Godosky and the Falcons (5-2) held off King’s fourth-quarter rally at home on Saturday. Jack Upton scored a rushing touchdown and Josh Godosky returned a kick 78 yards for a score.

Clinton 39, 

Evander Childs 18

The 200-yard medley team of Diana Luna, Shanique Burke, Elizabeth Duluc and Dextine Rivera won in a time of 3:26.11 for the Governors (3-4) on the road Friday afternoon. Luna won the 100-yard backstroke (2:08.91), Burke won the 200 freestyle (3:10.06) and Rivera took the 100 breaststroke in 1:49.18.

Bronx Science 5, Brandeis 0

Amit Kothekar, Aris Kalogerakis, Brandon May and Samuel Fredericks all scored and Filip Jovanovic had three assists for the No. 5 Wolverines (11-0-2) in the first round of the A Division playoffs at home on Sunday. They were scheduled to play host to No. 12 Aviation Career and Technical Education on Tuesday in the second round.

PSAL Girls Soccer

Bronx Science 7, 

Arts & Business 0

Lydia Wiener and Melina Asteriadis each scored two goals for the No. 1 Wolverines (13-0-2) in the second round of the A Division playoffs at home on Monday. They were scheduled to play host to No. 8 Bayside in the quarterfinals on Wednesday.

Riverdale/Kingsbridge Academy 3, Baruch 2

The No. 5 Lady Tigers (13-2) advanced in the B Division playoffs with a second-round win at home on Monday and were scheduled to play host to No. 13 Lehman in the quarterfinals.
