To the editor,
Some people hastily — and I think wrongly — question the nomination of Judge Darcel Clark for the office Bronx district attorney.
I have observed Judge Clark on the Appellate Division, First Department bench on several occasions. She is very bright, extremely hard working, fair and forthright and possessed a judicious and sound temperament — qualities that make for a first-rate district attorney.
If there is anyone who will not tolerate undue delay in the prosecution of cases and who will ensure that both the People and the Defendants receive a fair shake, it is Judge Clark.
She merits election.
