WAVE HILL, located at West 249th Street and Independence Avenue, will host its next Family Art Project on Saturday and Sunday, June 13 and 14, from 1 to 4 p.m., in the Kerlin Learning Center. For this week’s activity, titled “Unfolding Trees of Imagination,” visitors will first view Geoffrey Jones’ short video, “A Tree Lives,” which is based on Noah Baen’s unfolding painting and a poem by Richard Lewis. Then, participants will use this as inspiration to collage their own vision of the tree that lives within them. This program is free with paid admission to Wave Hill, West 249th Street and Independence Avenue. For more information, call 718-549-3200.
