WAVE HILL, West 249th Street and Independence Avenue, presents “Mr. Mustard and Friends,” a mustard family cooking demonstration, on Friday, June 5, at 1 p.m. During this program, horticultural interpreter Charles Day will share clever and inexpensive ways to grow arugula and mustard greens in containers. In addition, professional chef and garden guide Pam Carey will prepare a zesty early summer salad.
