Name mix-up in murder story was shameful

To the editor,

The editor of The Riverdale Press should be ashamed of himself for not reviewing his articles before having them printed (“Man charged for McDonald’s worker’s slaying,” Jan. 14). The young man murdered deserved more respect. His name should have never been confused with that animal who murdered him. The victim’s parents should bring actions against The Riverdale Press. With irresponsible reporting like this, I will make sure that everyone I know will never buy The Riverdale Press again.
