Gunpoint robbery

1. A gun-wielding robber stole $7,000 from a 29-year-old man on Oct. 21 in the 3660 block of Waldo Avenue, the victim told police. The next day, police arrested the suspected robber on West 145th Street in Manhattan.

2. Stolen phone

A woman was robbed of her phone in the 2800 block of Sedgwick Avenue Oct. 20, about 4 p.m., police said. The 25-year-old victim was walking to the bus stop when a man struggled with her and swiped the phone before getting away. No arrests have been made.

3. Sneaky robber

A sneaky robber asked a man on West 238th Street for the time, then swiped his iPhone as the victim checked his watch, police said. Two other men stole $60 cash from the 52-year-old victim before the group got away following the 11 p.m. robbery last week. No arrests have been made.

4. Teen victimized

A robber pushed a 14-year-old girl and swiped a cell phone from her hand in the 5590 block of Broadway about 5 p.m. on Oct. 24, police said. The robber ran off with the phone. No arrests have been made.

5. Bike-riding thief

A 15-year-old was arrested after he allegedly rode past a woman on his bicycle, plucked the cell phone from her hand in the 100 block of Eames Place and rode away on Oct. 22. The teen was picked up the next day and charged with robbery and cocaine possession.

6. Phone swiped

A thief swiped a cell phone from a woman’s pocket at University Avenue and West 195th Street about 6 p.m. on Oct. 21, police said. The 43-year-old victim told police she was walking her dog when the thief grabbed the device and ran off. No arrests have been made.
