Family workshop

The Hudson River Museum, located at 511 Warburton Ave. in Yonkers, is hosting a twoday family workshop on how to design a map, from 1 to 3 p.m. The workshop is two days.

The program is called “Map It!,” and will feature the documentary Dutch New York: The Roots of Hudson Valley Culture. The feature should give participants insight into the Dutch influence on New York culture, and the creation of maps.
