Family anxiety

Anna Kirshblum, a licensed clinical social worker, will lead a workshop at the Riverdale YM-YWHA, located at 5625 Arlington Ave., on how to deal with the anxiety and strain on family relationships caused by financial concerns, from 2 to 3:30 p.m.

Meet and greet

Friends of Van Cortlandt Park and the Bronx Council for Environmental Quality will host an annual meet and greet, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

The event will take place in the Monroe College Annex Building, located at 2426 Jerome Ave.
