The young people in these images bring the focus of a professional and the joy of youth to their art. After helping each other stretch and position themselves, they seek to push the laws of gravity to their limits.
On a recent afternoon, they learned new parts to “Say Something,” which they will perform at M.S. 244 on Saturday, June 21 at 2:30 p.m.
At the end of the their rehearsal, dance instructor Tamiko Maldonado faced her students with a calendar to show them how much time they had left before the big day. So many steps to master, and so little time! Learn more at www.tamicodancing.com.
