Andrew Cuomo is accusing the President’s Election Commission — tasked with investigating potential voter fraud in the 2016 national ballot — of misleading the public.

The commission claimed it received all the New York voter information it asked for through a simple Freedom of Information request. “We will never provide private voter information to anyone, especially a politically motivated organization seeking to perpetuate the myth of voter fraud,” Cuomo said.
