To the editor:
Our congress people in neighboring congressional districts like the 12th, 13th, 14th and 15th, have all signed on to establish a Select Committee for a Green New Deal.
Why hasn’t our congressman, Eliot Engel, in the 16th Congressional District, joined his colleagues? Does he represent us? Or his donors?
