Make Music Day at Lehman College

For the past dozen or so years, New York City has celebrated the solstice with a day of free, outdoor music, http://www.makemusicny.org/. Sadly, the Bronx has been historically underrepresented with few opportunities for Bronx residents to participate.

To celebrate Lehman’s 50th anniversary and help make our campus a cultural cornerstone in the borough, we will be participating as a host location for the day. From roughly 10am to 9pm we will have a small outdoor stage on which to present current students, faculty, alumni and community artists.
