Mosaic Mental Health 5K Run/Walk

Mosaic Mental Health (www.mosaicmh.org) hosts its ninth annual "Healthy Minds/Healthy Bodies" 5K Run/Walk.

Registration begins at 9 a.m. at Van Cortlandt Park’s Tortoise & Hare Statue (Broadway & 246 St.) and the 5K starts at 11 a.m.

Entry fee is $20 for adults and $10 for students 21-and-under, as well as for seniors (over 65). Families (two adults plus children) pay $40. Each participant receives a commemorative t-shirt. Refreshments provided.

Funds raised (including sponsorships of runners and walkers @ https://mosaicmh.org/sponsor-a-runner/) benefit Mosaic’s programs and services.
