Honorary starter Bryan Steinhauer ran the 2013 New York City Marathon, five years after a brutal assault left him in a coma while he was attending college at Binghamton University. The New York City native was at first unable to move and could barely speak, but he works each day toward making a full recovery. ESPN's Jeremy Schaap will be introducing Steinhauer.
