So, what about the Bronx Zoo?

Thank you for the front page article about the shortcomings of the new library system Culture Pass, pointing out that only one Bronx cultural institution, Wave Hill, is participating.

Your reporter, Tiffany Moustakas, does tell us that the Bronx Botanical Garden was contacted about joining, and is considering that option.

Surprisingly, there was no mention of the Bronx’s most popular attraction, the Bronx Zoo, part of the Wildlife Conservation Society.

Why was the Bronx Zoo omitted?

Are they considering participating in the program?

Have they refused to participate?

We readers will never know — the zoo was left out of the article.

Will the zoo become part of the Culture Pass participants? Are they considering inclusion in the program?
