STORIES OF MY HISTORIES
In a collection of sculptural stories, Natalia Arbalaez visits histories from her family, ancestors, and personal life. She uses these stories to connect with her Colombian heritage and to pay homage to her family. Natalia Arbalaez is Clay Art Center’s 2016-17 Barbara Rittenberg Fellowship recipient. Her work has been exhibited nationally, in museums, galleries, and is included in various collections.
Logan Wall explores the challenge of designing pottery with sharp lines and precise geometric forms. Her formal focus in composition references geometric abstraction and architectural elements. Logan Wall is Clay Art Center’s 2016-17 Artist-In-Residence. Wall has exhibited in several shows in the US and was commissioned by the Museum of Science and History to make a piece for their permanent collection.
