(Re: “End trauma and war violence,” Oct. 26) To the Editor: Stuart Chen-Hayes is gravely mistaken when he states in his letter that “The USA and Israel were both formed by the racist dispossession of indigenous people from their land.” more
To the Editor: I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment at the New York Jewish community’s relative silence on the current situation in Israel. The identitarian left is out in our streets, our college campuses and in the media calling for an end to a war started by the monsters of Hamas and we sit here, in the comfort of our homes, too frightened to stand in opposition to them. more
To the Editor: Last week’s letter by a member of Jewish Voice for Peace defending its response to the Oct. 7 massacre of some 1,400 Israelis should not go unanswered — especially the writer’s claim that the organization “has never said it supports Hamas.” more
To the Editor: If terror were rain, there would be a deluge in Gaza. If death were a rockfall, there would be an avalanche in Gaza. If injustice, if crimes against humanity, if genocide were the wind, there would be a hurricane in Gaza. more

(Re: “Pro-Palestine supporters: ‘Torres supports genocide,’” Oct. 26.) To the Editor: Many thanks to Rep. (Re: Thanks to electeds backing, Oct. 18) To the editor: In his letter to the editor in last week’s Riverdale Press, local attorney and Jeff Dinowitz right-hand man Benjamin F. Jackson smears founding members of the Unity Democratic Club for allegedly not condemning a certain anti-Israel organization. more
To the Editor:  State Assemblyman Jeffrey Dinowitz sent two troubling emails to constituents after the most recent eruption of violence in Israel/Palestine. In his Oct. 12 email, Mr. Dinowitz dishonestly mischaracterized Jewish Voice for Peace, a group I have belonged to for almost a decade.  more
To the Editor: When I was in 3rd grade, I vividly remember a poster that my teacher in suburban Chicago had of a young Israeli boy embracing a young Palestinian boy in friendship. more
(Re: "Just Who Are You Calling An Antisemite ," Sept. 14.) To the Editor: In the ongoing saga of Peter Wolf and his unremitting animus to the Jewish State, I am reminded that if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck than we can presume that it is a duck and you, Peter Wolf, psychologist and self-described humanist, are indeed the anti-Semite you insist you are not. more
