The Stagg Group’s newest luxury affordable housing building at 3745 Riverdale Ave. is just about finished. According to meeting minutes and video of the Community Board 8 joint land use and economic development committees, the 18-story apartment tower was due to be completed this week. The final touches included windows and testing of the elevators, according to CB8 land use committee member Marty Wolpoff.
