On 10/19/14, some members of Riverdale-Kingsbridge Coalition for Climate Action gathered to show solidarity with Pacific Climate Warriors who peacefully blockaded the world's largest coal port in Australia on 10/17/14. Fossil-fuel-driven climate change is destroying the Pacific Climate Warriors' island nations. The RKCCA members stood in front of TD Bank in Kingsbridge. TD Bank is a major shareholder in TransCanada, the company destroying Alberta's forests to extract tar sands oil.
