No point

To the editor:

(re: “Care about people — just make sure it’s right people,” Aug. 1)

Mr. Alvin Gordon might actually have legitimate concerns about “open borders” that could be addressed with our elected officials and those running for office.

There could even be a community forum on the topic with researched, referenced information.

Unfortunately, Mr. Gordon’s sweeping, inflammatory generalizations and his use of pejorative terms such as “illegal aliens” conveys only his outrage and anger.
