People are afraid of AOC

The McCarthyite smearing of U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez by Elchanan Poupko reveals more than anything else that the forces of Palestinian repression and Zionist monomania are afraid of her (and justifiably so, we’re happy to say).

They are afraid of her increasingly effective calls for democracy, both in the United States and Israel. They are afraid of her clear stands opposing anti-Semitism, racism and Islamophobia.

They fear her brilliant leadership in bringing a long-dormant progressive vitality to Congress and the national discourse.

Rabbi Poupko should be ashamed of himself for his vile and dishonest comparing of AOC to white supremacists and the repulsive Steve King. He does the cause of fighting anti-Semitism no favors with such garbage.
