(re: “Benefit concert builds food for belly of Bronx,” Oct. 11)

The KRMH Food & Hunger Project Inc., wants to thank you for featuring an article, written by Ms. Simone Johnson, on the Kingsbridge-Riverdale-Marble Hill Classical & Spanish Guitar Benefit Concert that we held on Sunday, Oct. 14.

We appreciate your help in spreading the word about our efforts to reach more people in the community to know about our work in the community, and to come and enjoy the unique concert.

Ms. Johnson took the time to not only speak with me, but also to interview Ms. Alberta Khoury, the featured guitarist. We tried to bring to Riverdale a different type of concert with the classical and Spanish guitar music, as well as the Sephardic/Ladino songs, presented by Ms. Michelle Geffner.

Again, we appreciate The Riverdale Press’ support.

Please note that Weichart Reality at Mosholu Avenue and Fieldston Road is about to join the group of sites for people to bring current, donated groceries.

We also are now part of Amazon Smiles.

Thank you again for all your help!
