To the editor:
There are many of us who depend on Verizon for communication when it comes to matters of access to physicians, medicine, finances, families and more.
We have seen — and remained disabused — of any notion that Verizon can be trusted or cares at all about its customers. We remain with no internet and no landlines since the flood.
Those of us who leave them will not return. And those who remain will not feel any goodwill toward Verizon.
