1. No one who lives at Park Reservoir or the Amalgamated should have to plead for respect at an annual shareholder meeting. I was there. I saw it happen. Shame on you, Kimerling, for trying to humiliate that resident.

2. It appears that Kimerling is using co-op legal counsel, at shareholders' expense, to further his personal aims.

3. Park Reservoir is already crumbling, thanks to its long association with Ed Yaker and the Amalgamated management. How clueless do Kimerling, Silverman, and Axelbank think we are? You hired a person who had been convicted of housing fraud as the general manager. Why should we trust any of you?

4. Those petition signatures mean nothing unless every shareholder has a list of every shareholder in Park Reservoir. Otherwise, how do we know the signers are legitimate?

5. Kimerling, Silverman, the entire Axelbank clan: What's in this for you personally? What do you get for sticking with the seemingly corrupt Amalgamated? If you don't like the changes, then GO AWAY.
