Report Inappropriate Comments

I find it so ironic that I was raised on Broadway at 246th St. at the entrance to the park near the mansion, and for 50 years we pleaded with the 50th precinct to do something about double and even triple parking every weekend and there was NEVER any action. Was told once by an officer that they didn't want to upset the visitors who were double parked for fear of violent retaliation. The residents couldn't move their cars because of it! It was a danger zone for driving and crossing Broadway. We used to call the 50th precinct a retirement home...best spot to get detail!!!! And by the way, back in the 60s thru the 80s there many deaths attributed to that area. I watched a kid get hit by a car and die!
