To the Editor:
I am shocked and disgusted by the slashing of tenured professors and the schools of humanities — and religion and philosophy — from what was once a respected and vital part of the Catholic educational scene at Manhattan College.
Does the world need another computer college?
What are young people learning except that the almighty dollar runs the show?
This is brutally sad.
