Feed the hungry one call at a time

To the Editor:

I recently turned 92 years old and I don’t remember ever having gone hungry.  I expect many of you have had the same experience.

I recently learned that a significant amount of Riverdalians can’t feed their families.  This should not happen.

In a recent editorial in the Riverdale Press you supported Richard Feldman and his programs.  I investigated this organization and found it had made a profound effect on feeding the hungry. 

I encourage all you full-bellied Riverdalians who are concerned about this problem to contact Richard Feldman at (646) 431-7734 to make a contribution to this worthy cause, as I did.
