Fix this traffic issue

To the editor:

Attempting to exit Netherland Avenue from the traffic circle between West 256th and West 259th streets, one must drive that extension of Netherland toward Arlington Avenue. There is no other way to exit.

The problem is that for cars exiting here, it is very difficult to see cars approaching them from either direction on Arlington, making this a very risky endeavor.

The image of a car getting T-boned should serve to move the powers that be to make this possibility a lot less likely by installing a traffic light or three stop signs, one in each of the three directions.
