The Stagg Group’s newest luxury affordable housing building at 3745 Riverdale Ave. is just about finished. According to meeting minutes and video of the Community Board 8 joint land use and economic development committees, the 18-story apartment tower was due to be completed this week. The final touches included windows and testing of the elevators, according to CB8 land use committee member Marty Wolpoff. Another final decision is what sculpture will be built in the courtyard. more
